Has anyone else noticed that the version of Pretty Fly on the single
released in the UK is different to the version on the Americana album? Some
of the differences from the album version:
"so COME ON AND do that brand new thing"
"so don't debate COS HE'S A player straight AND MAN YOU KNOW he really
doesnt get it anyway, HE'S gonna play the field, HE'S gonna keep it real,
BUT NOT FOR YOU no way, for you no way"

Any chance you can mp3 that and upload it somewhere? I don't feel like
dishing out 10 bucks for an import, especially for such an overrated
song.

I heard that version when I was in Virgin Megastore on Oxford Street. I
thought I was imagining things. Mind you, I haven't actually heard the
version recorded on the single, only the album version and a couple of live
performances.

It really doesn't sound right, anyway.
