Mere weeks after giving a gushing interview to the Evening Standard about
her romance with Noel Gallagher, Sara Macdonald is now telling papers of her
heartache over the end of their relationship. The 31-year-old PR has spoken
of the heartless manner in which she was dumped, revealing that Noel had
informed his ex-wife Meg Mathews of his decision to split before discussing
it with Sara. 'I can't believe he told that woman before he spoke to me,'
spat Macdonald. 'I will never forgive him for what he has done. He has
destroyed me.' The poor girl claims she found out the news via the papers
after a member of Meg's entourage leaked the story. The couple had been
going out for two years. 'I can't believe he let it happen like this' she
added. Will Sara kiss and tell? We shall see.

sends his way. i just can't believe this is factual-i would love for paul g

my address, sam? well that still doesn't make it right if that's how he did
it, but i don't want to believe he'd be so cold and mean...still, that would
mean sara has had more time to plot revenge instead of just react from shock
and hurt, and the tabs have had more time to wave wads of money at her...all
of the above is bad. :{

Sarah Reported:
***This whole thing wreaks of patheticness on Noel's part. I mean, 'informing'
Meg first of his intentions towards Sara!? Geez! All Meg needs to do now is
just reel Noel back in and he's a sucker all over again. Sounds like he still
loves her.

yeah I don't want to believe that either.....but then you've got to think, has
noel ever struck you as a particularly nice person? I mean, honestly? when we
strip away all the love we have for them and the whole "it's really cool that
oasis slag everybody off, they say what they think" etc type of stuff....I
think you can sort of see that he is quite often a mean spirited little fellow,
isn't he? And from my experiences of meeting the band in person, Noel has
always struck me as pretty cold, and distant. I suppose it's not really his
fault, as he had a pretty fucked up childhood......but I think it's pretty safe
to say that he isn't the nicest guy around.

i've always liked the fella.

being in the position of a fan, or from a two minute conversation. it's

has anyone thought that this is utter bollocks? considering noel has been
quoted as calling meg 'her' and not wanting to even say her name, why would
he tell her first? hmm, ever heard the expression don't believe what you
read? A lot of shit is printed. why don't we wait until noel can be bothered
to say what happend?

well you've got to judge from what you know, don't you? I know we obviously
can't get the full picture of who noel is, as fans......but from all the
material that's out there written about the band, the books written by people
hanging with the band and such, the interviews, etc etc you can get a vague
idea of what they're like. and the impression I've gotten is that while noel
is a really really cool, and talented guy......he doesn't seem particularly
nice. but hey, you can't have it all can you? And if it was mandatory to know
ALL the facts about someone or something, before forming some sort of view on
them......then the world would pretty much be without opinions.

Yeah, Noel really comes across as a bad guy. This guy who wrote Half The
World Away, Talk Tonight, She Is Love, and more recently, You Got The Heart
Of A Star. What a knob he must be.

This is the guy who has talked about sitting in his chair and letting his
little girl smeer chocolate all over his face or letting her ride around the
room on his back. What a cunt eh?

Then, of course, there's his women; Meg, who's pig-ugly. Sara, also
pig-ugly.

He's a world famous Rock Star with millions of young and very pretty girls
beating a path to his door, despite the fact he's no oil painting. And
yet...... and yet he always goes for the rather plain (and unattractive),
ordinary girls. I mean, come on, what a superficial tosser this guy is!

It's easy to hate Noel based on what we know isn't it? :-P

Hmmm...well, John Lennon did the same types of things but he would have been
the first to tell you that he wasn't the greatest guy in the world, either.
Ask Cynthia, she'd know :)

Keep in mind though that NOTW is probably the least reliable of all the

no I understand what you're getting at......but I really don't think what noel
is like as a person should be judged by his songs. yes he write sensitive,
emotional lyrics and melodies......but that really can't gauge what he's like
as a person. I wish he was the guy he seems to be in his songs, but listen to
him speak and you'll see that he's quite clearly not

You mean slagging off Blur, Radiohead, Robbie Williams and cancelling a
couple of gigs after a car accident makes him a bad guy?

Or perhaps it was the cheque for £1500 he once gave to some homeless guy who
was living in his car? Or perhaps the "estimated" £1 million he's given to
charity over the last eight years? Or maybe it was the £250,000 trust fund
he set up for Liam's son?

Mean spirited I think you said.

***Okay lets just come to the conclusion that NO ONE IS PERFECT. There is the
Noel who codl-heartedly dumped a GF over the phone and made fun of a former
friends weight THEN there's the Noel who let's his daughter smear chocolate all
over his face and give piggy back rides in his living room. We're all human. We
all have asshole/angel moments. We just happen to know Noel's since he's a
public figure.

What's wrong with that?

The greatest people in this world are angry and say whatever's on their mind.

Only fools do not.

If someone is hurt about such words. Then they too are fools.

Fools.

Hope that helps!

<<The greatest people in this world are angry and say whatever's on their

that's complete bullshit. a lot of the best people say what's on their
mind....but by no means are all the best people in this world angry
cunts...fucking hell. Anger isn't a good thing.....look at angry music...limp
biskit, eminem, korn...etc. Angry people are full of hate, and there's nothing
cool about that......it's sad, and pathetic. There's nothing wrong with being
pissed off, but i've got a real problem with people who seem to live in a
permanent angry state. Here are a few of the terminally angry people from
recent years, the type who apparently are the greatest of people: Charles
Manson, Hitler, Fred Durst, Bin Laden, Eminem etc.....sounds like a great bunch
eh?
Here are some of the people I think are some of the "greatest people" in
recent history. none of them were the angry type..... John Lennon, Martin
Luther King, Elvis Presley, Stanley Kubrick, Brian Wilson, John F. Kennedy,
Nelson Mandela, Bob Marley...and even perhaps Kurt Cobain. None of these
people were the angry sort......I'd say the thing that they all have in common,
and all great ones have in common is that they're very passionate people. So
basically my point is that it's extremely foolish to say that the angry people
are always the greatest ones.....the passionate people who follow their hearts
no matter what, yes....but angry....definitely not.

sorry to disagree b, but i reckon lennon, mlk, jfk and mandela were
definitely angry in their own way. i think they would have to be to
accomplish all they did, but they perhaps just had better ways of
channelling it? and in the cases of mlk and mandela particularly, how could
they not be angry, after all they went through? just my thoughts...you've
made some interesting points to ponder. :)

all this going on like people know noel and what's been said and done is
getting a bit silly. we don't know noel or liam or any of them really. all
we know is what is presented by the media-by then, it's been twisted into
god knows what form and we don't know how close to the real person it really
is. so we might have heard noel slag robbie and seen a picture of noel and
anais, but we don't know him really-we know how he's presented to us.

yes they all had issues/causes that they were angry about.....but they weren't
what one would call angry people, in general....which is what i was referring
to, as apparently those type of people are the best, according to the previous
poster.
