I know it gets a beating in here, but I think it's Liams second best song,
behind only songbird. BOADC and BM both sucked ass and I don't even consider
Little james a song its so bad. I'm also happy with the news that Noel has 6
songs and Gem only has one. There might be some hope that the album will
turn out ok afterall.

boadc is fantastic - crazy, disjointed wonderful. meaning of soul sounds

I really like BOADC but the repeat to fade bit gets on my tits. They
should have trimmed the last minute off the end and it would have been
a great Abbey Road style mini-epic. I like the Pink Floydisms that
creep in to the guitar sound as well. Gives it that lovely haunting
feel.

Well I just hope the album version doesn't just last 1m 50s like the version
we heard at Glastonbury. Maybe a middle 8 might help. That would preserve
the 60's feeling on the album we keep hearing about.

Personally, I think that Little James is the BEST thing Liam has ever
written and it's one of my favourite songs on SOTSOG. It's a song for
his kid and it's great. The charm and the love. I love the music too
and could listen to the outro on loop forever. And before people start
with "Ooooh, but he rhymed toys with noise" etc Noel has rhymed Doctor
with helicopter and many, MANY other rhymes just as bad. I love those
ones too.
