Hey Everyone!
In a few weeks' time this interview will be out in the States but as of
Monday, it will be out in the UK. From LineOne:

FATHERHOOD HAS STOPPED ME DRINKING SAYS
LIAM
7:23 Thursday 28 October 1999
Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher today revealed how fatherhood has made him
give up drinking after he feared he was becoming an alcoholic.
"People around me were making slight hints," he said. "I thought maybe they
were right."
Speaking in the latest issue of Q magazine, Gallagher, 27, reveals how at night
he would put a glass of Jack Daniel's on either side of his bed so he could
drink
them when he woke up.
The singer says: "I knew all the time I could give it up but I really loved
drinking and I never had a hangover - that was the worst thing.
"Wake up, feel great and have another one. Wa-hey! But then I thought, this is
mad."
He says the arrival of baby Lennon earlier this year forced him to curb his
rock
`n' roll lifestyle.
"I'm a father now - I've had a gap in my life and the baby is there to fill it.
I've
got to look after him and I want to be there to feel it. I want to be
straight-headed about it."
"I'd like to go, but it's a bit Noel and Meg, isn't it?"--Norman Cook (Fatboy

"I'm going to go on stage in jeans, because last time I went on in my
mini-dresses and everything, and was asking for trouble"--Patsy Kensit
Gallagher
