Does anyone know is Erik uses a double bass pedal. I know he says that he
doesn't in the Q&A, but a lot of their songs would be nearly impossible to
play without one. Mabe he was being sarcastic, or just trying to confuse
people. Has anyone got a close up view of Erik's drums?

If you check the official site at www.nofx.org, Q and A section, that
question gets asked (on page number 9). It reads:-

hey eric sandin do you a double-bass pedal 'cause it sounds kinda like
one?

NO!!!!!! I AM TIRIED OF THIS QUESTION!!!!!! double bass drum pedals
are for lame heavy metalers who wish they could play punk rock! love,
smelly

So, I reckon you've got a very rare poster with erik playing drums that
he never plays. Hmmm

No, but I was talking to my friends about who uses double bass pedals, and
we've spent a couple months wondering and debating whether or not he used
one. It sounds like he does, but he always denies it in interviews for some
reason.

it is very possible to use just one pedal and make it sound like a
double kick. i went to a show, and the drummer for the opening band did
it, and did it well. You dont use your whole foot, but just your toe.

oh well
