I have that fake Outcesticide 4, and yes, it is called It's Better to
Burn Out Than to Fade Away. I have also seen a cd called ONLY It's
Better... and that could be the one that you have. I can now only
remember one song, Gallons Of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through The Strip, is
that on your cd too? I'm sure there are other bootlegs called It's
Better..., just because Kurt wrote it on the note. It also made the
bootleg companies create bootlegs with Neil Young-reference, such as Out
Of The Blue, Into The Black, Outcesticide 2: The Needle And The Damage
Done. I don't now about Out 3:The Final Solution, or Out 4: Rape Of The
Vaults.
Whoo, guess I name-dropped all the longest titles there...except for
Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seattle...

Are you really sure about that? On my Out 4: It's Better... it says
BMCD50, but it doesn't say Blue Moon anywhere. If my memory isn't
letting me down, I think that that serial-number (BMCD50) is reported as
a fake in some bootleg-list, probably Jonas Blanks.
> The first one (Burn Out...) is real shitty.
If you mean the sound, I agree. But the material is pretty OK.
