Forgive me for being thicker than a ticket-takers wad, but what is nin.com
apart from a shockwave flash of the nin logo and some static noise? Why does
it deserve to be an official site?

Oh c'mon, it's all there. The NIN logo is an acronym for when the new CD is
coming out NIN=Nothing Is Near and the sound of static is what we can
expect to hear from Trent in the near future.

They're trying to keep it in the tradition of www.nothingrecords.com and
http://news.nin.net and goddamnit, they're doing a great job.

Hehe, good point there. But I think www.nothingrecords.com is waiting for the
new album. And why don't they use www.nineinchnails.com instead of www.
nin.com? And also, didn't the Sister Machine Gun webpage own nin.com and when
you went to nin.com it would forward you to the SMG page?

nin.com has done a lot of things over the years, but it looks like SMG
webmaster and all-around web-guru Mark Beeson has given control of the
domain to Nothing Records.

Nothing. Yet.

Work in progress. Wait and see. Yes.

YM "been forced to give". We all know how persuasive John Malm can be.

Disclaimer: I should point out that this was a sarcastic response,
bearing in mind blackrose's dealings with John Malm in the past. No
offence was intended to Mark Beeson or to John Malm.
