NIN cancels tour in Australia

I have no idea what this post was about, but as a NIN fan (and having
recently discovered alt.music.nin I would like someone to fill me in on the
situation here. Why was it cancelled? Will the come some time later?

I have a $36.90 ticket in my pocket and enough money saved for the 800km
trip to Auckland and I'm pissed off :-(

Could some compasionate person please email the posts or a summary so I can
go and cry with full understanding rather than this ignorant depression I am
now suffering.
