Slow and unstable uploads

For some time I am havind problem with the uploads in winmx. The
transfers start but the speed goes down rapidli and the upload gets
disconnected.

I have high-speed broadband connection (cable). WinMX is setup for
primary network connection. All bandwidth limitations in the bandwidth
throttle have been removed I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.
