Trumpet of the Lord Ministry high note trumpeter Dr. Michael E.
Schmidt will be playing lead trumpet in the Christmas musical Comfort
And Joy at Seymour First Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m on December11th,
2011. Dr. Michael Schmidt said that he was very honored to have been
invited by Minister of Worship and Education Nathan Williams to return
to Seymour, TN where Michael once stayed as a member of North Star
Drum and Bugle Corps thirty years ago. Michael said "of all the places
that I have ever stayed at while I was on tour with a drum and bugle
corps or band, Seymour is one of the most beautiful. I just love
Seymour, the people there are so very nice there". The Senior Pastor
of Seymour First Baptist Church is Dr. Bruce Yates. Seymour First
Baptist Church is located at 11621 Chapman Highway in Seymour TN.
