Since the "Tubular Bells 2003" re-recording. (Are those names actually
used on any later releases?)
But even there it's still listed as "Part One" with the separate
sections under it and "Part Two" correspondingly.

Has there been such a release? From what we listed in this thread, there has
not--except for what's coming next week.

get some explanations about the choices he made for those titles?

French versions, though only the latter explains that the section titles do not
appear to bear any special meaning except that they refer to instruments (Fast
guitars, Basses, Ghost bells, Harmonics, Bagpipe guitars, Caveman (his voice),
Ambient guitars), muscial atmospheres (Latin, A minor tune, Russian, Peace),
musical styles (Blues, Trash, Jazz) or parts of a score (Introduction, Finale).
It also states--quite interestingly I think-- that these titles echo Mike
Oldfields sensibility towards the timbre of the instruments (whatever that may
mean) as well as his denial about any attempt at telling a narrative: Tubular
Bells, whether in 1973 or 2003, does not have a meaning to it.
