My wife is a novice on keyboards and has to play some songs transposed into easier keys.
We are thinking of forming a band and she would need a keyboard setup which would allow her to store both the transposes and tones on patches, to be operated with a footswitch.
Ideally, it needs to be on just the one keyboard which could act as piano/synth/organ etc at the press of a footswitch.
At present she uses 2 keyboards, one for holding down chords and the other for lead lines/solos.
Is this possible (maybe with midi) and if so, what keyboard and other equipment would she need?
Any ideas very welcome.
