I've been using Magix V2000 Music Studio for years. Decided to finally
upgrade and got Generation 6 today. I have two issues.

1. When I try to run Audio Studio, it bombs out saying I have to use the
original CD during installation, which of course I did. Dumped and
installed a couple of times, no luck. Any ideas?

2. The main reason I decided to upgrade to the Deluxe was to get the extra
50 chord styles that weren't in the standard 2000. And to me, it looks like
this Generation 6 doesn't even support a chord track anymore. If that's
true, I'm gonna be very angry at myself for buying this. Is there anyway to
get the addition chord styles that 2000 said were in the Deluxe version?

Thanks a lot. The Magix website and telephone support have been of zero
help.

To 1) This is a problem of the copy-protection. On some systems there are
problems with reading the cd in the correct way.
Try this: write to Magix telling them that you want to have their
unlock-program for MusicStudio g6 (your program). With this program you can
unlock MusicStudio by overriding the copy-protection. But it will only work
if you have the original-verison, cause you need the little number on your
magix-network-card. ;-)

To 2) MusicStudio v2000 & Music Studio g6 are two different programs, where
the last one is based upon Emagic's Logic Audio. So if v2000 had chord
styles, I wonder, why g6 should have that.
By the way: what do you mean with "chord track"?

Greets, Kristian. (a happy MusicStudio g6 deLuxe user)
