Schaffel claims Karen Faye made out like a bandit in the course of
her making up MJ to more or less resemble a live human being.
Excerpted from Schaffel's initial court filing where he is itemizing
the monies MJ owes him:

...$600,000 paid by Schaffel to cover cost over-runs in excess of
the $2,000,000 budget established only for the English charity
record, largely due to a second song in Spanish and excessive bills
incurred by Jackson on the entire project, including the costs of
renting multiple recording studios at the same time that often went
unused, constant cancellations by Jackson, equipment rentals,
engineering staff,

**Jackson's over-paid personnel, such as a make-up artist charging
fees of thousands of dollars per day, plus expenses, to perform make
up and hair service on Jackson daily before he could go out in
public or be filmed,**

an array of still and video photographers who charged Jackson
anywhere from thousands of dollars a day to over ten thousand
dollars a day, 24 hours a day private security and transportation,
and lodging and entertainment needed for Jackson and his entourage
and guests...

I expect Karen Faye has found gainful employment making up corpses
at some local mortuary, employing the skills she acquired working on
MJ all these years.

And, working on corpses will give her the opportunity to
actually make someone look life-like. It was a wasted effort
with wacko. He looked much more human as the zombie he played
in the "Thriller" video.

"Former Jackson Lawyer Testifies"

Zia Modabber, former lawyer of Michael Jackson, testified today,
Tues.,July 11, 2005, in the suit against Mr. Jackson, brought by F. Marc
Shaffel. Shaffel claims Michael Jackson owes him 1.6 million( down from
the 3.8 million that he first claimed) for loans not repaid and unpaid
royalties for a song which was never fully released.

Modabber, however, testified that Shaffel went behind Jackson's back to
sell the rights to a charity record to a Japanese company. The record
was supposed to be in Jackson's name only, but without Michael's
knowledge, Shaffel obtained a $900,000 check from the Japanese record
company in 2002 by touting his relationship with the singer. "He was
trying to have (a deal) without our knowledge, Modabber testified.

Jackson tried to fire Shaffel(or have him fired) in 2001 after
discovering he had been an adult film producer. Modabber said that
Michael became aware of Shaffel's past when he was shown of video of
Shaffel directing a gay porn scene. Modabber said that Michael didn't
want to believe that it was true and appeared upset and angry.

Shaffel, acknowledged on the stand Monday, that Jackson called him that
same night, and told him that he was off the charity project.

The next day Shaffel testified that he wrote and backdated a string of
checks-18 in all- drawn on Jackson's bank accounts, and made out to
Shaffel's companies.

Modabber testified that he couldn't understand why Shaffel was still
involved in Jackson's affairs in 2002 since he had been fired the year
before. Modabber said that the singer's other lawyers told him they
"were handling it."

******************************************************So, we find that
Shaffel STOLE some more money $900,000, using Michael's name, and used
it for his OWN purposes. We also find Shaffel withdrawing money from
Michael's account for his OWN use. Again, why did Hellboy miss THIS
courtroom NEWS?

WTF does this have to do with the post above your drek?
Nothing, thats what it has to do with it.

Try posting a new topic, Pambo. Or is that too difficult a task for your
obsurdly stupid haid? Want to have me copy and paste it for you to
demonstrate why all the other dummys call you a dummy?

On Tues., July 11, 2005, Zia Modabber testified that Shaffel sold the
rights to a charity single to a Japanese record company for $900,000
dollars. He misrepresented his relationship with Michael and got money
for something that was never delievered to the company.

Shaffel admitted on the stand that he had written EIGHTEEN checks on
Michael's account and backdated those checks. Shaffel also admitted on
the stand that Michael fired him the same night that he found out that
he was involved in gay porn films.

Of course, it has already been brought out that Shaffel has no receipts,
no proof, no documentation of ANY of the claims that he has made against
Michael.

The original claim of 3.8 million has been drastically reduced to 1.6
million. Could it be that Shaffel knows that he is caught in deep
doo-doo?

Well, I have to give her credit. It must have taken a lot of effort for
her to type out her post.
And she's trying to teach herself to quote, even though she has yet to
grasp the concept.
She's trying very hard to show us she wants to be accepted.
I know she's paying attention to my critiques of her. I realize she
can't respond directly to me because I confuse and make her meltdown so
easily.
I'm very happy with the situation, though. It's as if I have diplomatic
immunity.
I feel I'm making this world a better place by forcing her to pay
attention to simple tasks.
She's a difficult student, yes, but I feel that the lessons she learns
may help her to communicate better.
I'm giving her a *D*, rather than an *F* this time.
Way to go, Pambo! You can do it!
Just keep repeating, "I THINK I can...I THINK I can".

He obviously has enough for $1.6 million. That ain't chump change.

Of course, even when he wins, there's the little matter of collecting the
money from wacko. wacko does not like to pay his bills or judgements.

I say he should hire some kneecappers and "encourage" wacko to settle up
quickly.

Could be. Schaffel's trash, so who cares? The important part of this
trial is he gave the world recorded messages of Michael Jackson
BEGGING for money and calling Jews Leeches.

You can't do anything about it either, lardtard.

HAhahahahahaha! (that's laughter at you and Wacko)

Yes, that's true. I bet her trotters kept sliding off the keys.

Old dog, new trick and all...

Accepted as what?

You have a thankless job but you're doing it spectacularly, dear.
Bravo!

Me, too. *sigh*

If she could only master the Quotation Mark Theory, damn it! We need
to put our best Haters on it. There must be a way to fire up a
braincell in that dead zone called "lardtard's brainpan", damn it!

Or at all...

Oh, come on. Give her a D+. I'm sure a former muzak teEcher will
value a plus sign. Either that or throw her a pr0k rind. Same diff.
