Farrah Fawcett may not have been the biggest star in American history,
but she was a decent human being, and nobody even cares about her
death because there was nothing scandalous about her life.
Michael Jackson wound up being more famous because he was so weird,
and people seem to love freaks. The more freakish he acted, the more
popular he became, and the more money people threw at him.
Farrah Fawcett could have been immortalized had she gone the route of
so many other celebrities and gotten a boob job, a drunk driving
conviction, a stint in rehab, and flashed her crotch for the
paparazzi.

As morbid as it may sound, you have to admit that giving the previous
knowledge of Farrah Fawcett's bout with cancer, it was highly unlikely
that she would be around any longer. Michael Jackson on the other
hand, died in a much more sudden and shocking manner.

Farrah Fawcett is remembered by her fans and admirers. Michael on the
other hand was handed over to the world by his father and although the
media is dragging him in the spotlight again, also he, just like
Farrah will be remembered by the fans.
Beyond that please don't compare the two. Farrah was a person who
grew up and had an acting carreer and chose to stay out of the
spotlight. Michael was a phenomenon. I for one love his music, but
feel so much sadness when thinking about the rest of his life. He
became famous when a little boy and passed away as a little boy.
I don't think I'll ever forget that great Farrah hairstyle and do the
life she lived will inspire others. May she rest in peace.

Call me jaded but I don't think Farrah really added anything to
anything. She was a pretty girl and had nice hair. Woop de do. Now,
I'm not crying over Michael Jackson either. Farrah had been dying for
a while now and there had been a lot of "final" reports about her in
the media lately. Michael Jackson's death was sudden. Not that we
didn't expect it sometime but still a surprise.
