hard to do, sorta like a " super " cd. I have a few older neighbors that
have an interest ..they see me biking ... but aren't on the net.
The more of this I do, the more I realize that the visual part really
matters to people. Just putting crap of me and George biking around is
fun for us, but really has no relationship to the tunes. It's just a
space filler.
What I really need is some video of us, or me, playing. That would help
make the point that we're musicians, not just bored guys with a camera.

Your music sounds good and your videos look interesting. You can learn
a lot by watching other peoples videos. Even the guys who think they
know it all can come off sounding sloppy and unfocused while looking
boring and unprofessional.

This is fun.
My brother got me this morning on the darwin video. Told me was watching
it with his friends yesterday and one of them was like " what's up with
stepping over the bike " Then in Darwin ( which starts out the same,
but with the scenes reversed ) he say's if that other guy does that too

And they wondered what's up with aiming the camera at my, ah, rear end
anyway.
I'm wondering something myself.... is there some sexual insecurity

I have my mental armor on, pretty much expecting to get slammed or
teased over this. I'll survive. Hell, maybe the RG tar and feathering
was just the thing to toughen me up. After that, what could be worse ?
Insult the music itself ? Whatever.
I'm not that impressed with the Darwin mix. What I used on the video
was, I'm thinking now, an early version made before the song was done. I
was having problems remixing everything in Logic, and George sent me
that because it was on his hd as an mp3. I realize now it's probably
something we did before all the guitar parts were added. It does have a
nice bass line tho.

Fiz is great, thanks for the link. He makes references to spiritualism
... nice. I'm into that.
The visuals of his " this is it " video are nice, the fades and
overlays. I need to up my game a bit :-)
Oh, and I definitely gotta snag me a looper.
The idea of talking about stuff in the videos is also interesting.
As to 7 years arguing ... yep there are so many things to do in this
life. For any time you spend letting people suck you down .. just
remember, the " your time is up " timer is ticking away. Is that how you
want to use the moments ?
The key to this, maybe the key to life is to DO SOMETHING POSITIVE. No
one wants to hang around a complaining, argumentative bad attitude
person. It's a big open world, and from here on I'll try and live with
that in mind.
Much more I would like to say, but that ain't getting the next tune
posted.
