I bought a Fender Rhodes electronic piano in 1983. It does not have tone
bars. It is model 3363. I don't think there are many around. At least I
haven't seen them. It is a stage piano, with screw-in legs, and a
heavy-duty case. It has weighted wooden keys. It has oak trim and looks
real pretty.

It was made by Fender Musical Instruments, then (still?) a unit of CBS. I
sort of remember something about Fender purchasing ARP, and that this
keyboard was actually an ARP product. I'm not sure.

I'm not trying to sell it. Just thought some of you might be interested,
and was wondering whether anyone else owns one or has seen one.

Here are a couple pictures of it.

Yes, it was one of three Rhodes-branded keyboards made after the CBS
takeover of ARP, the others being the mighty Chroma polysynth and its
smaller relative the Polaris. The Rhodes electronic piano was basically the
existing ARP "4-voice piano" re-branded. The only other ELECTRONIC (rather
than electric) Rhodes keyboards were the 1980 hybrid EK-10 and the Roland
Rhodes models of about 8 years ago.
