REQ: Hank Snow's "I've Been Everywhere"

Appropos of a query about songs that list locations, I'd really like to be
able to pull this one off. "I was totin' my pack down a dusty Winnamahcka
road/When along came a semi with a high and canvas-covered load/ "If
you're goin' to Winnamacca, Mack, with me you can ride"/So I climbed into
the cab and then I settled down inside/He asked me if I'd seen a road with
so much dust and sand/And I said, "Listen, Bud, I've travelled every road
in this here land." (I've been everywhere, man...etc....I especially like:
"crossed the desert bare, man") The hard part is the recitation of
placenames that comprise the verses. Anyone got 'em?

Some time ago I had also asked if anyone had the lyrics to
Hank Snow's "I've Been Everywhere" and had no luck.
Maybe no one on this newsgroup has it. So I went back to
a list that I tried to compile myself several years ago directly
from listening to the record and thought I'd offer it as a starting
point.
Apologies in advance for any city/town names that I should have
recognized and/or spelled correctly. Please help identify/correct
the names that are wrong below.
In case I don't check the newsgroup on a timely basis could
