As I recall:

Frère Jacques, Frère Jacques
Dormez-vous, dormez-vous
Sonnez les matines, sonnez les matines
Ding, Ding, Dong ... Ding, Ding, Dong

In English, we sing "are you sleeping" before "Brother John", and we
sing "Morning bells are ringing" rather than "Ring the morning bells",
but the song is the same.
