Please help me identify a song from lyrics

Hi all,

I'm looking for a song with lyrics that contain: "Let the music move your soul,
the beat goes round and round, up and down and...." It could be late '80's
early '90's kind of song.

Sorry to say it's definitely not Joni Mitchell. It's an upbeat dance kind of
song. Here's another lyric: "Rock the house."

Estephan?

It wouldn't be Gloria Estefan's "Turn The Beat Around" because she doesn't sing
the lyric I mentioned. But I think it may be from around 1990. It's kind of a
techno song with different sound effects in the background. Thanks for your
help anyway.
