speaking of the pretenders.....

well i wasn't but a previous post was ;-P

Anyway, the question I have is what is the name of that song they are famous
for.

I think it goes a little something like this:

"gonna use my style ......
gonna use my (something).....
gonna use my fingers ......

etc etc etc

and then she says something about not wanting to make a scene and about
being special.

The reason I want to know is a friend of mine ages ago told me the song
title and it sounded nothing like how the song goes, but now I cant think of
what it is.

Can anyone help.

The title isn't in the chorus, but it is in the first line of the song: "Got
brass in pocket..."

From the Pretenders great first album ("Pretenders") Highly recommended btw.
