As I've seen this is now on the "frequently asked lyrics" list, I thought
I'd correct some errors in the version that is on

http://www.fortunecity.com/tinpan/fitzgerald/8/frs.htm

and seems to be the one that's always posted in answer to requests for this
song here.

Too much of something is bad enough
But something's coming over me to make me wonder
Too much of nothing is just as tough

There's a very faint "if" behind "to make me wonder" - it belongs there for
logical reasons, and if you listen closely, you can make it out yourself.

I wrapped myself from around your finger
Hold me too tight or left to linger

I don't know where this comes from and if there are maybe two versions
of the song floating around, but this is definitely not correct.
The first line is "Unwrap yourself from around my finger".
Maybe it's hard to tell "I wrap" from "Unwrap", but yourself/myself and
your/my are clearly something different.

Too much of something we're gonna be living a lie

OK, on this one I'm not 100% sure (only 99% :-), but it sounds much more
like "we're [or even "you're"] gonna believe in a lie" to me.
