Who sang "Sombody's watching you..."

Back with the first Ghostbusters came out, I recall hearing a song and the
only line out of it that I rememeber was "Somebody's watching you..."

I'm fairly certain that it wasn't M. Jackson. Who was it?

The song was called "Somebody's Watching Me" by a guy that called himself
Rockwell. Michael Jackson sang the verse, "I always feel like, somebody's
watching me." The rest was sung (spoken?) by Rockwell.

The song is called "somebody's watching me ..." and the singer was a
"Rockwell" I remember, i read he was a friend of Michael Jackson ??

We were talking about this on IRC Jeopardy the other day. I think that
Rockwell's sister married one of Michael's brothers (Tito I think).
Anyway, I was just listening to this song the other day. If you want the
lyrics I can find out them.
