These are the words to Oh Happy Day which is what the original poster
requested. I have that on 45" (don't ask me how I ever came upon
that) but I didn't think it was from Godspell. It was sung by the
Edwin Hawkins' Singers. There is a song in Godspell called Day by
Day. Perhaps since the 2 are close in message, the original poster
was thinking of one instead of the other. I'm sending along the
words to Day by Day just in case.
