Anyone Know Bruce Palmer?

I'm going nuts trying to find an answer. Bruce Palmer (Buffalo
Springfield, The Byrds) had two solo albums in the 70s. An artist named
Ricky James Matthews played percusion and did back-up vocals. I believe
he later became known as Rick James (Super Freak). I know the titles of
the albums-"Forecast" and "The Cycle is Complete". I have to identify
the cover but can't find a picture of either one. Does anyone here know
a good source for obscure album photos? I've looked in as many places as
I know. Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Thanks
