It is not "Cotton-Eyed Joe"
I think "Cotton-Eyed Joe" is pretty recent, 90s I may say.
The one I'm talking about, I remember hearing it since the 80s

Cotton Eyed Joe is older than anyone on this goup. It has been remade
several times in several differnt genres.

The one I remember was called "The B.S. Song (Cotton-Eyed Joe)" and it was on
one of those "for jukboxes only" type of party records around 1984
