America's "Reading Rainbow" and the UK's "Rainbow TV" are two very
different shows...

This isn't it, but thanks for trying........ the one I'm thinking of had
charcaters called Bungle and Zippy and Geoffrey, and the last line was
"something the whole world with a rainbow!" ("something" could be "paint" -
not sure)
