The Song "Shaddap-A-You Face" (??)

This was a funny, cute song that came out a few years back. I don't
remember al of it, but the chorus went:

"Whats-a-matter you? Got-a no respect. Whaddaya think you do? Why you
look-a so sad? Its-a not so bad. Its-a nice-a place. Aw, shaddap-a-you
face!"

Anyway, I've been searching high and low for this song... can anybody
tell me who sings it?
