I'm looking for an ID on a song with the following lyric
fragments in the chorus:

"....You and me in the summertime...we'll be hand and hand..."

The song also features one of those annoying, high-pitched
noises that makes you turn around to look for an emergency
vehicle when you're driving.

I've heard the song on "alternative" stations, but
unfortunately, the stations never back-announce it.
