REQ: Rubber biscuits?

Has anyone ever heard of the phrase: "What do you want for nothing?
Rubber biscuits?" I used it myself yesterday, yet, when asked, I couldn't
explain its origin. I've had it stuck in my mind ever since and can't
remember exactly where I first heard it. Was it from some song, perhaps on
the Dr. Demento show? Any light you can shed on the subject would be
greatly appreciated.

I don't know who does it originally, but the Blues Brothers did a version
of "Rubber Biscuit" which is available on their "Definitive Collection"
CD.

It was from 1957 by the Chips.
It's also on their "Breifcase full of Blues" and "Best of" albums.
