I heard a song on the radio (I think it's fairly new) that had
this line in it. The song went on to talk about her "blue eyes". I
am urgently interested in the Artist and title of the song. Help!

The song is by Tonic and it's called "If You Could Only See" I believe. I know
the artist right though.

Tonic sings this song and the name of it is "If You Could Only See". This song
came out a while before May of 1998.
