Could someone please let me know who the artist was for this song. I'm not
even sure of the title, but I think it was in the made in the fifties.

I saw the reply saying it is the song by Lee Dorsey. I have an old catalog
(dated Spring, 1971) that says that 'Ya Ya' was sung by Tamiko Jones. It was a
45RPM recording on A&M #956. The flip side was a song called 'Goodnight My
Love'. The catalog does not give any more information so I don't know if it is
even the same song or when Tamiko actually recorded it.

Lee Dorsey had the hit with it, I think around 1961. But I did find info on
the Tamiko Jones album from 7 years later.... It is the Lee Dorsey song.
