I have searched all over the Net, but I haven't been able to find them.

And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed;

Think Burt Bacharach wrote/cowrote it, if that's any help.

Used in Dustin Hoffman/Jon Voight flick "Midnight Cowboy."
Song may have won Oscar; not sure.

Saw Bacharach with NC Symphony last year. A weak singer,
but fantastic music and songs. Well worth seeing if he
comes to play with your local symphony. He has extra
singers. Too many great songs to list, especially the Burt
Bacharach/Hal Davis songs.
