I don't know the lyrics, but the guy who sings it is Buster Poindexter.
This is the only song of his that I'm aware of. Regards

There are a few artists but the most popular one was Buster
Poindexter (he was the Ghost from Christmas Present in
Scrooge).

I believe you speak of "Hot, Hot, Hot!" by "Buster Poindexter", who is
really David Johansen, singer for the infamous New Yourk Dolls.
