Please help ID: "Stay Home (we don't want to)"?

Another recent song I've yet to hear identified on the
annoying local radio stations: this one with a funky Latin
beat and a very "busy" sound reminescent of Rusted Root's
"Send Me On My Way" or Led Zeppelin's "Fool In The Rain" (the
instrumental break which sounds like a Calle Ocho Miami street
party). Might possibly be a band called 311...
About all I could make out of the lyrics are a male lead
singer repeating "Stay home... stay home" with a call-and-response
chorus (also male) singing "We don't want to, we don't want to".
Not much to go on, I know, but it might be enough for some
of you sharpies. Any ideas?
