Need help finding title/artist to "senorita" song (no, not Puff Daddy)

If anyone can identify either the title or the artist to these lyrics, I would
be so grateful. A friend of mine has a copy of the song on an old, unmarked
cassette (previously blank). It has a very lounge/calypso feel (along the
lines of the Jay and the Americans music, specifically "Come a Little Bit
Closer," or Neil Diamond's "Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon.") Solo acoustic,
male singer:
