Ti amore - Who sing that song??

I heard a song name "Ti amore", and I would like to know WHO sing the
version I heard at the radio?

I found the song on Napster, but this version is sing by Howard Carpendale,
and the version I heard at the radio was different, and it was sing by a
girl. I had some difficulties to understand the lyric, but it seems to be
in english (but I can be wrong...)

Can anyone help me with that?

Originally it was sung by an Italian, Umberto Tozzi (not sure about the
spelling!). I only heard his version in Italian, though.
