smashing pumpkins "1979"
Wondering
I can't make out the word(s) being sung repeatedly in "1979" at the
end of several lines.
You can hear it right at the beginning of the song. You can also hear
it, for example, after the line that ends:
...we don't know, just where our bones will rest,
to dust I guess,
forgotten and absorbed into the earth below,
and before the line that begins:
double cross the vacant and the bored, they're
not sure just what we have in store...
Any ideas?

this song is about the freedom that was felt around the world in the
year 1979 by almost everybody in comparison to today.

Well check the video, It´s great, I think it about someone remanicing
15 years back when they were young and "having to much fun"

yes, there is a complete lyrics book inside Mellon Collie and the
Infinite Sadness. it's a completely amazing album. definitely buy it!

To answer your question about lyrics for Smashing Pumpkins, yes, the lyrics
are included in the double cd-set. (Awesome too! DEF, a keeper!)
