"The entrant must also own all rights to the lyric and the
winning lyric will become the property of the sponsor RadiNet. Each
entry must be accompanied by an entrance fee of
$100. "

So, then it's like "I'll give you my lyrics, or better yet, why don't
I pay you $100 to take them!"
