Anyone know the lyrics to "Sweet Life" by Paul Davis?

While the words are fairly simple to comprehend, it's the chorus that
gets me confused.

We live in such a sweet life oh what a _______, sharin' our love with you
We live in such a sweet life oh what a _______, makin' our dreams come
true

Does he say "Oh what a delight", "Oh what it feels like", "Oh what a neat
life", or even "Oh what a leet life" (no that does _not_ make sense). I
think he uses _different_ words to fill in that blank on different
refrains.
