Please help ID this song! (from Dumb & Dumber)

All I know about this song is that it appeared in the background of "Dumb and
Dumber." I remember it got a bit of radio play a few years back. Some of the
bits I remember are that the chorus had a name that they kept singing, like
"Mary Moe" or "Mary Moon"... and there was a guitar riff at the end of which
they would shout "RaaaaaahhhH!"

I know these are pretty obscure, but if anyone knows the song or who sang it,
please let me know, I'll really appreciate it!
