Okay, it gets a bit complicated, so please pay attention, class.
"Early Morning Singing Song", a/k/a "Good Morning Starshine", was
written by Gerome Ragni and James Rado for the American Tribal Love Rock
Musical, HAIR. Variations in lyrics exist depending on whether you're
listening to the New York cast recording, the London cast recording, the
film soundtrack, or the recording made by William Oliver Swofford,
performing under his middle name.
Here are the lyrics provided at a Web site devoted to the music of HAIR:

@SONG: Good Morning Starshine
Good morning starshine
The earth says hello
You twinkle above us
We twinkle below
Good morning starshine
You lead us along
My love and me as we sing
Our early morning singing song
Gliddy glub gloopy
Nibby nabby noopy
La la la lo lo
Sabba sibby sabba
Nooby abba nabba
Le le lo lo
Tooby ooby walla
Nooby abba naba
Early morning singing song
Good morning starshine
The earth says hello
You twinkle above us
We twinkle below
Good morning starshine
You lead us along
My love and me as we sing
Our early morning singing song
Gliddy glub gloopy
Nibby nabby noopy
La la la lo lo
Sabba sibby sabba
Nooby abba nabba
Le le lo lo
Tooby ooby walla
Nooby abba naba

[Extra verse, London 1993]
Good morning starshine
The universe rings
With milky way music
Our blue planet sings
Good morning starshine
And someday so strong
They'll hear the song we sang
Our early morning singing song
[end of download from Web site]
Oliver did not do the extra London verse. He added a second verse
instead of repeating the first verse:
Good morning starshine
There's love in your skies
Reflecting the sunlight
In my lover's eyes
Good morning starshine
So happy to see
My love and me as we sing
Our early morning singing song
He also added a brief instrumental break and a lead-in line to the third
verse, "Can you hear me...." [and into "Singing the song, humming the
song..."]
So in the 1960s' tradition of doing your own thing,
pick the verses you like best,
sing them with joy and love,
and be sure to tell your first-graders to
Keep on singing,

And it's from the Broadway musical "Hair."
Do you mean "Good Morning Starshine" from Hair? That song contains the
line the Early Morning Singing Song.

These are the lyrics used in the musical. There is another version I know with
some other words on the secon strophe:
Its like:
Good morning starshine Will you never threat
With lock you music I'd look like it seems
Good morning starshine and somedays so strong
You'll here the songs we sang Our early morning singing song...
Seeya,
