Need the name of an Eagles song

There is an old Eagles'(I think) tune that contains some of
these lines. Does anyone out there know if it is, in fact, the Eagles,
and the name of the song?

Bear with me on these words!

"You in some trouble boy, We know where you been."

"Ooh,I'm out on the (border?). I thought this was a private line.
Let me tell you 'bout your law and order. I'm trying to change
this water to wine."

"Don't tell us your name, just give us your number.
Don't (blah,blah) just show us your card.

"On The Border" comes from the ...uh...let's see...it's coming to me...OH
YEAH, "On The Border" CD.

Just bought it yesterday. :)
