Flashback..Mid 70's?..Group of female vocalists singing what I believe
to be: "Hands across the water, water, hands across the sky-y-y-y" times
2, with a trumpet interlude. Reminds me of the hit "Let's all
chant..ooh..ooh.."

Greetings,

The song is from WINGS, I believe the title is Uncle Albert and Admiral
Halsey...

Admiral Halsey notified me,
He had to have a berth or he couldn't get to sea.
I had another look and I had a cup of tea and a butterpie...

Regards

Ken

I see you've had many replies to this message. Yes, This is "Uncle
Albert/Admiral Halsey" from Paul McCartney's 1971 album "Ram". It's
also on his 1978 Wings' Greatest CD, which I have. Am listening to it
now. If you want it in MP3 format let me know.
