REQ: translation for Jose Feliciano "Que Sera" lyrics

Jose Feliciano (and probably others) sing a song called "Que Sera"
written by Fontana Migliacci (it is NOT the Que Sera Sera song per
Doris Day).

Would anyone have the English lyrics for the song. I really just want
to know what the song is about, to add to the enjoyment listening to
it sung as Jose Feliciano sings it.

It's been a long time since I'd last heard the song "Que Sera". I only
remember parts of the song:

Quite the sad song. I'm getting homesick just translating it. Sorry I
can't remember the rest of the lyrics.
