For my centennarian friend in Canada, a W.W.I veteran and not doing as
well as he was four years ago, are there any other lyrics to this piece?
Here's what evidently would be the chorus:

It's A Long Way To Tipperary,
It's a long way to go.
It's A Long Way To Tipperary.
And the sweetest gal I know!
Good-bye Piccadilly,
Farewell Leicester [pronounced "Lester"] Square,
It's a long, long way to Tipperary,
But my heart's right there!

Anything missing? Verses? Anyone have the sheet music? (Please e-mail.)

I still perform this one (with a lady who was born there,(Tipperary)...

Up to mighty London came an Irishman one day,
As the streets are paved with gold sure everyone was gay.
Singing songs of Picadilly, Strand and Leicester square,
Till Paddy got excited then he shouted to them there...

Paddy wrote a letter to his Irish Molly O'

Molly wrote a neat reply to Irish Paddy O'
