Country Western music has-been George Jones is gasping for life in a
hillbilly Nashville hospital--and frankly, his singing voice never
sounded better.

The abusive husband of recently dead drug-addict/lounge singer Tammy
Wynette was chatting up his humorously named daughter Adina Estes on a
car phone, putting everyone else on the road at risk.

For his gross negligence as a driver, Jones certainly deserved to be
smashed flatter than Princess Diana.

Jones suffered a collapsed lung, ruptured liver and internal bleeding--a
condition most country western music fans find themselves in each Sunday
morning after a night spent sucking down Bud and whiskey in their
favorite lowbrow honky tonk.

Reports show that the dim-witted Jones lost control of his car while
ineptly trying to blare several of his newly-recorded ditties over the
car phone to a bored Adina. Maybe he as actually playing "The Race
is On" as he careened his SUV into a ditch (perhaps running over a few
passed out country western music fans).

This is why we love America's Deep South. They are incapable of
multi-tasking (i.e. driving and playing a recorded song at the same
time).

As everyone knows, Wynette died last year, but may be exhumed to see if
she was murdered by angry fans anxious to tug our her toxic vocal cords.
George Jones, who egotistically pimped himself as the "King of Country
Music" has been sucking at the dry tit of her waning fame since her
death.

Jones songwriting skills fell somewhere between "My First Reader" and
the "Alcohoics Anonymous Credo."

Let's all hope that if George Jones dies, his final death rattle won't
sound as gruesomely repulsive as the tuneless musical screech of his
unlistenable country western bile.

You are a real jerk----George Jones is certainly not my choice for fine music
either, but your comments show ill breeding.

Jealousy will get you nowhere-and just what is it that you do with
those cows anyway, cattlelover?
Not enjoying a particular performers' music is no excuse for your
comments.

I think your posting sucks. This Newsgroup is about requesting and delivering
lyrics of songs - not to give a musical post-mortem on a country singer that is
in hospital, fighting for his life.

A truly despicable posting.

Ahh another post from another country music hater, how nice. Ya know,
just because you don't like country doesn't mean you have to exploit a
tragedy to show your egotism. There are some people who would probably
say the same of the artists in the pop/rock/alternative area or whatever
other area you prefer.

-=-The abusive husband of recently dead drug-addict/lounge singer Tammy

-=-car phone, putting everyone else on the road at risk.

And you think he was the only abusive singer there is? I highly doubt
that. No one is perfect, not even a singer and that has been proven over
and over again.

-=-For his gross negligence as a driver, Jones certainly deserved to be
-=-smashed flatter than Princess Diana.

And would you say the same if it was one of your family members in Jones'
place? I doubt it very highly.

And rock fans don't find themselve's drunk and or stoned or even close to
dead on Sunday morning?

And the rockers don't keep their music blaring so loud that they can't
hear a car even if it's right beside them?

-=-This is why we love America's Deep South. They are incapable of
-=-multi-tasking (i.e. driving and playing a recorded song at the same

Ahh obviously you've never been to the south where people are friendly and
will do just about anything for anyone.

I'd like to know where you seeJones using Wynette's death to his
advantage. Have we seen him use this to boost himself back up with a new
album? I don't think so.

-=-Jones songwriting skills fell somewhere between "My First Reader" and
-=-the "Alcohoics Anonymous Credo."

Really? Seems to me that Jones had a real handle on how to hit you right
in the heart with his songs or is that why you don't like him. He hit a
little to close to home a few times?

-=-Let's all hope that if George Jones dies, his final death rattle won't
-=-sound as gruesomely repulsive as the tuneless musical screech of his
-=-unlistenable country western bile.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Jones is improving today and for that I am
thankful. Jones is a wonderful songwriter and just because you don't like
his music that doesn't give you the right to post such a rude and
ungrateful post.

Just ignore this asshole. He/she cross-posted it to a bunch of different
groups, including rec.music.country.western. I'm sure by now someone has
reported this mental midget's newsgroup abuse to hiis/her ISP.

What a mean-spirited,ugly waste of time.Next time try skewering somebody who
might deserve it,like a murderer or rapist. You know--people who actually harm
others.
Not funny,not even close.

I find it sad that such a wonderful medium as the Internet is so full of
savage unfeeling people, who spew their rude opinions over everyone,
with no consideration for others at all.
