saw a video clip on MTV but missed artist or song name.
it was dance/house, sung by one of these dance-diva's,
'weather girls' size, artist may be 'todd terry' but not sure,
refrain was something like 'music starts your soul'

mmmh, search results only show culture club/boy george or phil collins
related pages, where she was a [backing] vocalist.
i don't think it's her i'm looking for.
btw, 'Todd Terry' is only my poor memory of the artist name,
that could be 'Perry' as well [feat. that disco diva on lead vocals]
