SUBJECT: GERALD'S LYRICS QUIZ #11
DEADLINE: Monday, June 23, 1997
4:00 PM Central European Time
(Daylight Summer Time: 2 hours ahead of GMT)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi everybody,

Welcome to the 11th edition of my quiz.

For those who are not familiar with my quizzes here's a brief
introduction:

* The quiz is divided into 10 packs each one consisting of 3 quotes from
different songs.
* Artist names in each pack start with the same letter.
* Packs are arranged alphabetically by the names of artists they
contain.
* You're asked to name artist and title for each quote
* Songs need not necessarily be listed with original artists. If you
identify a song title and the original artist's name doesn't match the
pack's leading letter go search for cover versions.

Scoring rules are as follows:

[a]-questions: max. 3 points (1 on correct artist / 2 on correct title)
[b]-questions: max. 6 points (2 / 4)
[c]-questions: max. 10 points (4 / 6)

plus there's a double-up bonus if you are the only person to correctly
identify an artist or title (or both)

As it happened before please keep in mind:

If you fail to do so, your answers are open to everyone else!!!

Deadline for this edition is Monday, June 23, 1997 (4 p.m., Central
European Time - Daylight Summer Time). To convert this to your local
time you may follow this
link:

Be sure to submit your answers early. Remember you might receive some
extra hints along with the acknowledgement of your entry.

Remember further: Each pack's artists start with the same letter. Once
you've correctly identified one quote out of a pack this should narrow
things in where to search for the other two artists.

Plus remember once again:

INDIVIDUALLY!!!

and most of all:
HAVE FUN!
