Song and artist name for music in TV commercial

Hello, all.

I am looking for the name of the song and artist of the music that is playing
during the Union Bank of California "Invest in You" series of TV commercials.
I believe these commercials air only over the California airwaves, so if you
don't live in California, you probably have never seen them.

So far I know its a solo female artist (like Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morrissette,
Michelle Branch, etc.), not a lead vocalist in some music group (so its not
Gwen Stefani of "No Doubt" nor the Dixie Chicks).

The song is easy listening type, NOT rap, electronica, rock, or bubble pop. I
also know that the song is no older than 4 years old, so its relatively
recent. Nothing from the 70's, 80's, or early to mid 90's. Mainly late 90's
to 00's.
